One price for all venues or different for each one?

I can't seem to find them anywhere. Have they even been decided yet?

I second the request for a ticket price estimate.

According to the listings currently up on ticketmaster.com, tickets for some of the US shows are currently going for $18 - $30 USD, which gives an idea at least for the US venues. Will the Canadian venues be about the same, with conversion of course?

I'm hoping to get to multiple shows, but I'm a student on the restricted income that goes with, so it'd be rrrreally good to know this stuff ahead of time

For shows that are still on the "In Progress" list, will there be a later pre-sale date if the pre-sale isn't arranged by the time the regular date shows up? I'm looking at the Washington DC concert and am very, very anxious to get some great seats the instant I can!

Spoke with the good folks at Sanderson Centre Today (Brantford) Tickets will be on sale on the 26th - they know nothing of a pre-sale, and the price there will be $52.50.
