Irish Wings
Cut potato(es) into small cubes. Squirt generously with olive oil, and sprinkle liberally with Tabasco and garlic salt. Toss to coat, then spread on a plate and microwave on High until slightly brown (about 10 minutes in a studly microwave, but watch them! Older, softer potatoes won't take as long.) Let cool, pull apart (they'll stick into a sort of raft) and eat plain or dunk in bleu cheese dressing.
