    ChainedBear--

I wish for their sake that they could sell out bigger places too. I remember a few years ago in asheville they got downsized from a big arena to a little club, but it was probably the best show I've ever been to.

Also, I'm not sure if more people would have been a good idea. I could feel the second balcony shaking even when people weren't dancing that much!

Oh, and I'm in WMBG too! We should get together! You're not friends with someone who works at the publiic library, are you?

*LOL* He really did have a full weekend already planned and couldn't have made it. He's getting a signed shirt for his birthday... he'll be delighted with that. ;o) Besides, he was just turning 11 on Saturday and he HAS already seen them 3 times!

I've posted my pictures on facebook. I didn't really edit them and left them as what they were. I did catch some interesting moments. ;o)

    Album One: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=58422&l=32f85&id=668685068

    Album Two: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=58422&l=32f85&id=668685068

I made them public so anyone should be able to see them. Feel free to leave comments if you are so inclined. ;o)

ETA: I give up! I've been trying to fix the links but this board (and my connection) are NOT cooperating!

We saw you! My friend's 10 year old said, "Um, are they supposed to be pilgrims or something?"

Actually, he lived in Williamsburg for a while, so he should be used to people dressed anachronistically.

Thanks for posting the set list, but didn't they sing Rant and Roar to close out the whole thing?  A great show, and I had a great view looking down on the stage from the opposite side as you.  Here's a link to a few pictures I managed to snap.

Of course, there are several NO PHOTOGRAPHY signs in the venue, but it seemed like no one really cared, so I just followed the crowd.

They did! I've added it to my setlist. I was posting from their setlist and had forgotten R&R, which was not listed. It was another couple hours before we made it back to out hotel and it had slipped my mind. ;o)

I had my camera in my bag and left it there until I saw other people using theirs without comment. I do know that generally most venues will go with the performers' preference when it comes to cameras, even if it contradicts venue policy.  There are a few exceptions to that but not many for the type of venue the GBS b'ys are playing in the states.

We were worried about the light bar blocking the view from that side so went with where we were... or perhaps we would have met! I have a crummy connection right now so I'll have to look at your pictures another day.

I usually try to tell people that we're retainers for the Burger King.
