I had great luck with the presale tickets yesterday for Kingston, Hamilton & Oshawa ! :)
The "confirmation order" numbers appeared in the Store page after I bought each batch of tickets. But I still haven't received the actual gbs.com confirmation emails for those ticket purchases. The emails have not shown up in my junk files either. How can I find out if my orders have been processed properly ? Is the "Ticketing Team email " something different to the 'confirmation order' email ?
FYI : In order to do a test run on Monday, I had updated my Store account and ordered the latest podcast. When I placed the podcast order, I had received that confirmation email immediately, therefore I do know that my account is functioning properly.
