Always used to go to the Muddy River Smokehouse - just a couple of blocks from the theater - but my wife is vegetarian now and they have NO veggie choices.

Looks like the Portsmouth Brewery has a varied menu, at least - anyone recommend it, or some place else?

My wife, who is vegetarian now, decided we're going to Radici's, right around the corner from the theater on Congress Street.  :Looks a little fancy for wearing a GBS t-shirt to dinner!
