Update: - Does anyone know what the rules are regarding changing the tickets?  I'm getting no luck out of any of the GBS email addresses, and have left a message at the phone number given with the ticket confirmation email.  I'd like to donate the tickets to a cancer benefit at my work, but can't confirm what to do with the "Will call" proof of ID etc.
