I have tried many emails to get in touch with the store and the help@greatbigsea.com to find out about the tickets I bought and I haven't had any responce!

I have no notice about the tickets and they haven't arrived! please tell me what is going on?!

When did you buy and for what show? This happens all the time. Dont start to panic untila few weeks before the show. Check your cc statement to make sure it went thru and be patient.I made the mistake of thinking that my purchase didnt go thru because I didnt get a conf email, bought again and ended up with extra tickets.

The tickets are for the Toronto show..I bought them a couple of months ago on presale. Now I can't go to the show and want to sell the tickets for face value. Thing is I don't have them yet. So there is the problem.....someone wants to buy them. No tickets no sale.

I don't have my tix either. It's too early for them to be mailed out. They'll come, they'll come. You will most likely be able to sell them unless you are charging an exorbitant amount for them.

Has your credit card been charged? It should have been charged right away. If it hasn't been then that's why you received no e-mail. It would mean that somehow your purchase didn't go through.

Oh no the charge went through all right...the statement shows it. I really did buy the tickets.....they haven't done anything to let me know about them.

Dont worry. You will get them. You will prob recieve a notice telling you when they are shipped out. Thats what happened to me.
