i bought four of the "two packs" during the presale.

i am assuming that the "two pack" will actually be four tickets for friday, and then four different tickets for saturday, rather than re-using the same tix the 2nd night?

the lady and i will be making the trip up from st louis and going to both shows, but were thinking that we'd take different people on the different nights. 

Any idea on when the Saturday show will go on sale?  My husband and some friends are going to make a weekend out of it, but the friends can only make it to the Saturday show.  I got presale tickets for us for Friday, but wasn't sure what to do for Saturday.

Hi Mullins, we'll have more information on the Saturday show soon. If you're not on our mailing list, I suggest signing up as it's the first place to find out about an upcoming presale. 

There is a bit of confusion regarding the Saturday show in the "Upcoming Shows" forum.  Neither this site, nor the HOB site, has the Saturday show listed yet, and one poster called HOB directly and was told by one of their employees that they were only on the calendar for Fri. night.

On the other hand, those of us who purchased 2 day passes haven't been contacted to say that it's been cancelled, and ticketmaster.com is still selling the passes (though still not selling the Sat. show on its own).

It's a little confusing.  Anyone have any further info as to whether the Sat. show is cancelled, or in danger of being cancelled?  Or is it, as one poster suggested, a special show for fans who were willing to buy tix for both nights?

Thank you for checking into things for us!  Has there been any word yet on the second Chicago show?  I've been checking the message board daily in the hopes that there will be an update. 

 I wanted to take my parents to see GBS, but decided that since I couldn't afford to buy 3 2-day passes, I'd get two, with the plan that I'd take my dad to one show and my mom to the other.  If the second show doesn't happen, I don't know what I'll do!  (How do you choose between your parents?!)

New Chicago Presale!
The second Chicago, IL, show in March - March 7, to be exact - has been confirmed and we're very happy to announce it to you. That's not all we're announcing, of course. Starting tomorrow, February 3, at 10am CST, the GreatBigSea.com Store will be holding a presale for tickets to the show. Our presale is only three days, so no dilly-dallying - Chicago is a HOT Great Big Sea market! Chicago loves to dance, too, so this show is general admission (and 17+).
