Everybody knows pasta's good with red sauce, white sauce, pe$to, or olive oil/garlic/parmesan.
But how about MERMAID style pasta?
Two 10-oz. packages of frozen chopped spinach (green as seaweed), and a half cup of bleu-and-pale cheese dressing. Seriously! Try it with chicken (of the sea or otherwise), sausage, or sauteed carrots/zucchini/mushrooms/onions. It's awesome!
