    Pre-Sale Seat Assignments?

I'm doing my best to be patient, but it's been five weeks since the pre-sale for Seattle and Vancouver, and I still haven't heard anything regarding seat assignments.  Any idea when this information will be forthcoming?

    Cheers!

In fairness I'd like to clarify that it's been 5 weeks since the Seattle presale.  It's only been two weeks since the Vancouver presale.

    Hey Janeill,

The ticket team missed notifications on Ann Arbor and Denver too.  My best suggestion is to send an email to help@greatbigsea.com .  When I did this about the Denver tix, they sent out notifications the next day.

Hope you get an answer soon.

Yeh, we ordered tickets to the Vancouver show in the pre-sale and they still haven't come.

They are as slow as molasses, but I understand that it takes a while.
