    Coastal Safari

Hoping some of the native Newfoundlanders might be able to help.  I'm looking to join up with the 8 day Coastal Safari group out of Tickle Beach this summer for some hiking & kayaking.  Does anyone know of this company?  Are they as great as they look on their website?

I'll also have two days in St John's so I'd like your take on what not to miss.  I've already done Signal Hill, Cape Spear, La Manche Prov Park and most of the Avalon on my last visit.  I plan to visit The Rooms for sure, just looking for other "must see" places.

Hope it's sunny where you are today!

    Re: Coastal Safari

I have not taken any tours with Coastal Safaris. I have been in contact with them reguarding excursions for native orchids but the timing was wrong  for the best blooms. I found them to be very helpful and honest and so far, reliable. I have heard nothing bad about them. It's definitley an adventure tour you will be taking and some sights that you can only experience from the water. Have a great time!

Grace, thanks for the good news!  Now if I can just plan my visit around the still secret tour schedule that would be perfect.
