Sean and Bob searching for inspiration

During the present hiatus, Sean and Bob have been searching for inspiration on the heights of St. John's. Perhaps they should also be taking some photography lessons.

Is that a reflection of Cabot Tower in Bob's glasses?!?  It looks very cool!

L said:

Yes, that's Cabot Tower - so the shot is taken from the top of the South Side Hills, I think. Bob has the characteristic expression of the self-photographer, and Sean's got quite the nice genuine smile, doesn't he?

The pertinent question is...Did they find it? (Inspiration, that is)

It appears that the hiatus has agreed with you both; looking all happy and well rested.  Looking forward to seeing you back on the road in August!

Until then... Cheers!

I agree with Maurgarita--that view IS something beautiful indeed--and the background is nice too!!!!

Its quite fine by me that the photo is lop-sided in Sean's favor.

I have been inspired by your music which can be summed up in three words. I think this should be the next title of your new CD "Booze, Boats and Bodies"

Been there.  Done that on NFL trip in 2007.  Counting the days to next NFL trip.  Guys, please play Tickle Cove Pond when you come to Wolftrap.  I will be the one waving Republic flags with poster, " We love GBS and Bay Bulls, NFL!"  Many thanks.  Must go now to reload CD player with GBS CD.

I'd give anything to trade places.  Hopefully there's a breeze as the black flies in the summer can carry you away in NFLD.  I thought Vermont was bad but there is no comparison.  Still the scenery is worth the fight anyday.

I agree with everyone that the scenery in NFLD is breathtaking.  But, you know, I don't know if I'd call this a scenic photo - Sean's head is blocking most of it!

Just kidding, Sean.  That's a great picture of you.  What a smile!  And Bob looks good too.  I hope you guys are enjoying your break - but not too much!  We don't want you guys to enjoy relaxing so much that you abandon GBS!

Why limit yourselves to St. John's? There are many inspirational places on the island, maybe getting away from the familiar would help. Let the landscape be your muse.
