You need to get your facts straight. The CBC list isn't going to the White House because CBC is a Crown Corp, and can't send gifts to foreign heads of state. The whole thing was a what if? IF there was a list of the top songs you wanted Obama to hear what would they be. It's still cool but it's not what you're saying.

GBS IS ROCKIN THE WHITE HOUSE!!!! THIS IS AWESOME!!! Who cares Pat either way they are on the list that better then not being on the list at all.

I seriously doubt that sitting round listening to 49 representative Canadian songs would be top of President Obama's agenda. The man is on a mission, and there are couple pressing matters to attend to. GObama! ;)

I love your music and hope you have a long and successful career. I live in a little town in Nova Scotia and I love good country and rock music along with many other genres. It's nice to see a down east band make it big in the music world. I enjoy writing and I have written a few songs, many poems and a few short stories. I'm a person fighting through his days with severe arthritic deterioration in my ankles and knees so I'm trying to write about the positive and negative aspects of living with disabilities.
